The strength of Al-con lies first and foremost with the goal-directed and devoted members of the staff.

The structure

The company is headed by the Danish university trained engineer, Jan Albrechtsen, who has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked for, amongst others, Per Aarslef Ltd in Germany for 11 years, 8 of which as administrative manager.
Directly under Jan Albrechtsen we have the two Turkish deputy directors, Tamer Yalcin and Önder Önçü. They know everything about the Turkish real estate market and they make sure that all the practical details concerning the house building are in order.
Beneath the deputy directors is our skilled architect who will make sure that all your wishes concerning your dream home will come true.

The key to success: Well-trained workers

Al-con trains its own builders. You are therefore guaranteed that it is Danish/German measurements of quality which are used and you can be absolutely certain that no detail is overlooked.
At the building sites, Al-con’s 255 building workers construct the building. This is of course done with first class materials exactly as ordered.

Quality control is your guarantee

Al-con keeps tight control on every single link in the building process. Foremen at every construction site make sure that the work is done to the letter and that nothing is left to chance.
